  • Summer Employment Program for High School and College Students

    The FAA Technical Center is sponsoring a summer employment program designed to attract talented students for a limited number of temporary employment opportunities in various Technical Center organizations. This program is for both High School and College students seeking entry-level summer employment and will provide a positive work and developmental experience. Beginning Friday, April 23, 2010, vacancy announcements will be advertised through the ASAP online system for two weeks, closing on Friday, May 7, 2010.

CSIS 4222 - Spring 2010


Sec 001: 3:35 - 5:25 (M in D 003, W in D017)

This course covers networking protocol design principles, networking technologies, and the layered approach to data communications. Course topics include local and wide area networks, network protocols, the TCP/IP model, client/server systems, and the Internet. There is a significant hands-on component, involving configuring a Linux LAN in the D017 lab.
